Have you been suffering, but hiding it? Are you competent and happy on the outside, but suffering and hurting or broken on the inside? Are you afraid of what the society or the people around might think if they knew about your thoughts and feelings? Well, as individuals, we see the world from the inside-out, through our own lens. When trouble hits, we can feel lost and unable to navigate as we once could. However, therapy is a powerful way to experience yourself, your life, and the world from the outside-in. As a therapist, my goal is not to change you but enhance and strengthen the person you already are. The therapy I offer is altered as such to who you are and what you need. I’ve been trained to provide all types of psychological care with adults, young adults, adolescents, college students and women.

Imagine the relief of openly discussing your struggles, fears, regrets, and despair with a skilled psychologist who is completely focused on you and your experiences. A skilled therapist is empathetic, trustworthy, and provides the guidance, hope, and support to ease suffering and promote change. I rely on compassion, insight, clinical skill, humor, and my experience from reputed hospital like Fortis and a Forensic lab from the Netherlands, to guide my clients in healing emotional distress and wounds.

I practice psycho dynamically through multicultural lenses. Through a collaborative therapeutic relationship, you will be provided a holding and healing environment where you can feel safe and supported when navigating through difficult times. It would be a privilege to work with you on your journey towards self-reflection, growth, and happiness.
